1. Successful Transactions

Once a payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the respective bank, payment gateway, BBPS, biller, telecom operator, or service provider, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded by IPaynow.

2. Failed Transactions

If your account is debited but the transaction fails due to technical reasons, network issues, or service provider failure, the amount will be refunded automatically according to the policies of the respective bank or payment partner.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within the following timelines:

4. Duplicate Payments

If multiple successful payments are made for the same bill or recharge, IPaynow is not responsible for issuing refunds. Users are requested to contact the respective biller or service provider for further assistance.

5. Incorrect Details Entered

Users are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, customer ID, account number, vehicle number, or other payment details before confirming a transaction.

Payments made using incorrect information cannot be reversed or refunded once successfully processed.

6. Recharge Transactions

Mobile, DTH, FASTag, and other recharge transactions are processed instantly. Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Bill Payment Transactions

For utility bill payments processed through BBPS or other payment partners, refunds (if applicable) will be handled according to the policies of the respective biller and payment partner.

8. Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeline, please:

• Check with your bank or payment provider.
• Verify your transaction status in the IPaynow application.
• Contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

9. Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed through your bank or card issuer, IPaynow reserves the right to investigate the transaction and take appropriate action, including suspension of your account if fraudulent activity is suspected.

10. Changes to this Policy

IPaynow reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be published on our website and mobile application.
