• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Users below 18 years of age may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

IPaynow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these requirements.

2. Services Offered

IPaynow provides digital payment and utility services, including Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, FASTag Recharge, Bharat Connect (BBPS) bill payments, Credit Card Bill Payments, Loan Repayments, and other utility payment services. Service availability may vary based on the respective service providers and regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your registered mobile number updated.
• Protect your MPIN, Password, and OTP.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

All payments are processed through authorized Banks and Payment Gateway partners.

A transaction shall be treated as successful only after confirmation is received from:

• Bank
• Payment Gateway
• Bharat Connect (BBPS)
• NPCI
• Service Provider
• Biller

IPaynow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

6. Mobile Recharge & Bill Payments

IPaynow acts as a technology platform facilitating payments.

Recharge and bill payment services are provided by respective operators, banks, and billers.

IPaynow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any operator or biller.

Service interruptions, maintenance, or downtime of third-party providers are beyond our control.

7. Failed Transactions

Transactions may fail due to:

• Network Issues
• Bank Downtime
• Payment Gateway Failure
• Insufficient Balance
• Incorrect Customer Information
• Operator Failure
• Biller Downtime
• Regulatory Restrictions

Where applicable, failed transaction refunds shall be processed according to the policies of the respective Bank, Payment Gateway, BBPS, or Service Provider.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment partner.

8. Offers & Rewards

IPaynow may introduce promotional offers, cashback campaigns, and rewards from time to time.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify any offer.
• Withdraw any offer.
• Change eligibility criteria.
• Cancel fraudulent claims.

All offers are subject to separate promotional terms.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Not to misuse promotional offers.
• Not to create fake accounts.
• Not to interfere with Platform security.
• Not to upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access.

Violation of these Terms may result in permanent suspension or termination of your account.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using IPaynow, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

IPaynow integrates with third-party service providers including:

• Bharat Connect (BBPS)
• NPCI
• Payment Gateway Providers
• Telecom Operators
• Utility Providers

IPaynow is not responsible for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by these third-party service providers.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform including:

• Logo
• Software
• Source Code
• Graphics
• Icons
• Images
• Designs
• Text
• Trademarks

are the exclusive property of Eazynow Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or published without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPaynow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Losses
• Consequential Damages
• Loss of Data
• Loss of Revenue
• Service Interruptions
• Delays caused by Banks or Payment Providers
• Force Majeure Events

Our total liability shall be limited to the transaction amount involved.

14. Suspension & Termination

IPaynow may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• False information is provided.
• Fraudulent activities are detected.
• Applicable laws are violated.
• These Terms are breached.

We may retain transaction records as required under applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you agree to receive electronic communications including:

• Transaction Alerts
• OTP Messages
• Service Notifications
• Promotional Messages (where consent is provided)
• Security Alerts
• Policy Updates

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on our Website and Mobile Application.
