All sales of prepaid recharges and bill payments made through the IPaynow platform are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. You are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH account number, or bill payment information when initiating a transaction. Any charges resulting from incorrect information will be your responsibility.
IPaynow is not liable for any losses due to incorrect mobile numbers, DTH account numbers, or billing details provided by you. This includes all billers under the BBPS framework.
However, if a transaction is successfully completed on the IPaynow mobile application and payment is deducted from your card or bank account, but the recharge or bill payment is not delivered within 24 hours, you must notify us by sending an email to our customer support address listed on the 'Contact Us' page of the IPaynow website.
All instructions, requests, directives, orders, and directions entered by the USER are made at the USER’s sole discretion and are the USER’s full responsibility.
