IPaynow.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

At IPaynow.in, we are committed to providing you with a secure and seamless environment to explore and complete your utility bill payments.

All services and information displayed on IPaynow.in constitute an "invitation to offer". IPaynow.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion. Your request to make a payment constitutes an "offer" which is subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined here.

Eligibility to use

Transactions on the IPaynow platform are permitted only for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons classified as “incompetent to contract”—including un-discharged insolvents—are not eligible to use the platform.

If you are a minor (i.e., under 18 years of age), you may use the platform or access its content only with the supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are a minor and wish to transact on the Platform, such transactions must be carried out by your legal guardian or parent on your behalf.

IPaynow reserves the right to terminate your account and/or deny access to the Platform if it is discovered or brought to our attention that you are under the age of 18 and have engaged in transactions directly.

You hereby confirm and warrant that you are not a 'Politically Exposed Person' as defined under the Master Direction – Know Your Customer (KYC) Directions, 2016 issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), read in conjunction with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, as amended or replaced from time to time (KYC Framework).

You further confirm that you are not subject to any restrictions—legal, regulatory, judicial, quasi-judicial, or otherwise—that would prevent you from accessing the platform or availing its services, including engaging in transactions using the services offered.

By using the platform, you agree to utilize the services solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Mobile App.

Offers & Discount

IPaynow.in may, from time to time, provide limited-period promotional offers at its sole discretion. IPaynow.in reserves the right to introduce, modify, or revoke any such offer without prior notice. The eligibility criteria and terms governing each offer—including which payments qualify for discounts—will be determined solely by IPaynow.in.

All active offers will be clearly displayed in the “Rewards” section of the IPaynow.in mobile application.

To receive timely updates regarding ongoing or upcoming offers, it is recommended that users have a working mobile internet connection on their devices while using the application.

Mobile Recharge

IPaynow primarily operates as a reseller for prepaid recharges and other digital services. We facilitate access to services provided by third-party service providers.

IPaynow does not act as a guarantor or insurer for the quality, reliability, or performance of services rendered by the underlying providers (e.g., mobile network operators). Responsibility for service delivery lies solely with the respective provider.

Bill Payments

Biller List Management: From time to time, IPaynow may, at its sole discretion, add to or remove billers from the list of available service providers on the platform. The ability to make payments to specific billers is subject to such changes, and IPaynow assumes no obligation to notify users of these updates in advance.

Limitation of Liability – Failed Transactions: IPaynow shall not be held responsible and shall incur no liability if it is unable to process any payment instruction on the scheduled payment date due to one or more of the following reasons: Insufficient funds or credit limits in the designated payment account to cover the amount mentioned in the payment instruction.

Circumstances beyond the control of IPaynow, including but not limited to natural disasters (fire, flood), power outages, system failures (including computer or telecommunications breakdown), bank strikes, or external interference.

In the event that a bill payment cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified of the failure through the appropriate communication channels.

Service Termination and Data Retention: If either you or IPaynow terminates your use of the mobile app or any associated services, IPaynow reserves the right to delete any information related to your usage of the services. IPaynow shall not be liable to you or any third party for the deletion of such data.

However, IPaynow may retain your transaction records for the purpose of taxation, legal, or regulatory compliance, as required under applicable laws.

Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.

User Data

Users cannot delete their transaction records for any reason. Profile deletion can only be requested by sending an email to support@ipaynow.in.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to “IPaynow.in” directly or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively referred to "Comments") will remain “IPaynow.in” property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to “IPaynow.in” of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments,thus, it exclusively owns all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise. “IPaynow.in” will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. “IPaynow.in” is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; or (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. You agree that any comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the site will be libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam"..

“IPaynow.in” does not regularly review posted comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any comment submitted to the Site. You grant “IPaynow.in” the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any of the posted comments. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Comments you submit. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make and you agree to indemnify “Eazynow Technologies Private Limited” and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments submitted by you or any third party.
